It opened as a picture book library in 2006, to promote baby come across a picture book. It hopes that a baby grows up and spiritually rich. Unlike a usual library, children can enjoy reading books moving freely. Additionally, they have a resting room, which can be allowed to eat and can be used an electric pot and microwave oven.
